General Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms to avoid any confusion.

Flot-Aire general payment terms: Payment at time of order is placed 100% paid at signing. Lease to Own option of which financing is through Leasing Agency. Payment terms may be different (such as 1st & last down) Lease terms are between leasing agency and customer. Flot-Aire does not approve or disqualify based on credit.

P.O's: Purchase Orders through state and government organizations. 100% net 30 days from shipping. All orders placed must be signed and have a guarantee of payment by the organization.

Credit Cards: we accept most credit cards with a 4% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy: For orders under $5000. a 10% cancellation fee will apply of the total purchased price. On orders over $5000. a 20% cancellation fee will apply of the total purchase. This is due to larger orders are considered custom and harder to resell.

Shipping Guarantee: Depending on how busy the factory is will determine the time of shipment. We DO NOT guarantee an exact date of shipment or freight times. We use common carrier LTL with lift-gate trucks to your curb. Inside delivery is not included.

Freight Damage: this coincides with the Inspecting the Cooler page to be sent prior to each shipment, Any damage claim must be noted on the delivery ticket that customer will sign. It is at the discretion of Flot-Aire to make repairs on site or ship back to factory for repair or replacement. We may also negotiate a monetary settlement for accepting damaged equipment. Warranty stays as is.

Loss of Product: Flot-Aire is not responsible for loss of product due to equipment failure or electrical power surge / outage. It is recommended to install a temperature alarm and carry product insurance.

Warranty: 1 year on all parts with 5 years on compressor. Labor is a 1 year on PF, FS and FT models. Labor is 30 days on FDS and FSW models. Warranty begins at time of delivery. Replacement parts are shipped free through ground, 3-5 day. There is a charge for faster freight.
